The Solution

 Understanding the significance of building relationships and fostering effective communication within a remote workforce, we designed a unique event that combined interactive challenges, historical exploration, and an evening of vibrant celebration.

To kickstart the team-building day, the entire team gathered at The Met Hotel in Leeds for a delightful team lunch. This provided a relaxed atmosphere for participants to mingle and engage in casual conversations, breaking the ice before the main event.

The highlight of the day was the Hidden Quest Treasure Hunt, a captivating scavenger hunt that took place across the center of Leeds. Each team was equipped with iPads featuring state-of-the-art Treasure Hunting software. The route was meticulously mapped out with GPS hotspots, leading teams to various hidden gems and intriguing locations throughout the city. As teams progressed through the route, they encountered costumed characters who added an extra layer of excitement by providing bonus challenges.

The challenges presented a mix of general knowledge questions, brain teasers, and photo tasks, ensuring that all team members could contribute their unique skills and talents. The interactive scoreboard kept the competition alive, allowing teams to track their progress and compare their performance with others. As teams crossed paths with one another, lighthearted banter and friendly competition further added to the overall excitement and camaraderie.

Following the exhilarating scavenger hunt, the team reconvened at Revolucion de Cuba for a Cuban-themed night of celebration. The vibrant atmosphere, delicious food, refreshing cocktails, and lively dancing provided a well-deserved opportunity for participants to unwind, relax, and continue building connections in a more informal setting.
